Well, today I had to a stop at Publix. Since I was out I decided to stop at Walgreens. My list what I wanted to do ended up different. Also, I needed to roll my RR's cause next week I will be skipping it! Here is what I got! I paid a little higher OOP.

2 Colgate toothbrushes @$2.99 each had $1MQ( this is where I messed up cause the MQ was for 2/$1)
2 Poker cards on sale @.79cents (we play poker a lot and couldn't pass up this deal)

I plan to stop going to Walgreens by the end of this month. The reason WHY is cause right now I have my MIL staying with us. She stays with us 5-6mths out of the year. Now she is getting ready to leave back to Europe the end of the month. It will be hard for me to take all 3 kids to the stores. So I decided to stop Walgreens once my MIL leaves.

CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE

My boys wanted to make a cake. Well, I was looking through my recipes I find this recipe given to me by my mom's friend. Plus its very easy  for my 5yr and almost 4yr old to make it. They did about 75% of the cake by themselves. This cake came out very YUMMY!!! I will share with you the recipe and picture! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. box graham crackers
2 sm. boxes instant French vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip

DIRECTIONS:

Butter bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Line with 1 layer of graham crackers. Mix pudding with milk. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Blend in Cool Whip; pour 1/2 of mixture over crackers. Place 2nd layer of crackers over pudding. Pour remaining pudding over this. Cover with more crackers. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

ICING FOR CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE:

INGREDIENTS:

6 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. white Karo syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. soft butter
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. milk

DIRECTIONS:

Beat together and spread on cake. Refrigerate for 24 hours

For thoses in Miami which Target do you shop at

I know a few of you are from Miami. Curious to which Target you shop at? I have 3 Target stores near me that are about 3-5miles away. The one I love shopping at is on RED Road! This target has great clearances. Today I find Tide Stain Release gels for $8.98 in cleareance but when I went to pay I saw the price came to $6.98. Plus I had the $3MQ therefore the deal became sweeter to $3.98!  Too bad that was the last one they had! The next deal involved my son that graduated  from Preschool yesterday. We wanted to buy him a toy gift. He found the Disney Pixar Cars 2 World Racer Launchers and the price was $26.99 I thought this was expensive. Either way he took it  and I was still looking at the toys section came to the clearance and find the same exact one there that was returned from someone else. I'm sure cause it was wrapped in tape for guess how much $12.99!!!  So, we took the clearance one for DS.

This Target is my FAVORITE!! I shop at this  target first before going to the others. So, letting you ladies know if your near Red Road shop at this target!!

June 10th & 11th CVS & Publix

We had family over last week I'm running low on Coke. Since I'm a coke girl I was looking for good deals. Well, Thursday the Miami Herald paper had CVS coupon for $5/$20. Right away I knew CVS had a deal on Cola products buy 4/$13 and get back $3ECB. So, here is what I got.

4 cases of Coke cola $3.25each
1 Oral-B pulsar toothbrush $6---used $3MQ
1 Dawn soap $.99
1 Puff tissues with vicks $2.00---used Free puffs coupon
-$5/$20
-$5.50ECB
Total OOP $8.03 ..got back $7ECB the $1ecb was from using the green tea bag

I forgot to mention well I was in line the cashier was scanning all my items this lady behind me was talking and talking. When I paid for my items I saw it was $11.03?? I knew something was wrong I even told the cashier.  I looked over my receipt to find out that the cashier forgot to scan one of my $3ECB. My CVS cashiers and managers are very sweet and kind! The cashier looked at my coupons and saw that she missed one of my $3ECB. She gave me $3 back. So total came to $8.03.

I did not get to finish my Publix shopping list I had my 2nd DS with me and boy this child drove me nuts in there. He was putting things in my cart or complaining about something.
A couple good deals I did were
The Dial bodywash was on sale BOGO for $3.49 ---used 4 ($2MQ) gave me a overage
also another good deal I have was Garity FlashLights 2pk $3.99 used( $3SQ) in the green flyer came to .99cents for 2 flashlights this is a good deal especially for now we are in the hurricane season!

Of course my oldest dear son wanted to be in the picture! He is not part of the deal. I will be paying for him for the rest of my life. :)
