June 10th & 11th CVS & Publix

We had family over last week I'm running low on Coke. Since I'm a coke girl I was looking for good deals. Well, Thursday the Miami Herald paper had CVS coupon for $5/$20. Right away I knew CVS had a deal on Cola products buy 4/$13 and get back $3ECB. So, here is what I got.

4 cases of Coke cola $3.25each
1 Oral-B pulsar toothbrush $6---used $3MQ
1 Dawn soap $.99
1 Puff tissues with vicks $2.00---used Free puffs coupon
-$5/$20
-$5.50ECB
Total OOP $8.03 ..got back $7ECB the $1ecb was from using the green tea bag

I forgot to mention well I was in line the cashier was scanning all my items this lady behind me was talking and talking. When I paid for my items I saw it was $11.03?? I knew something was wrong I even told the cashier.  I looked over my receipt to find out that the cashier forgot to scan one of my $3ECB. My CVS cashiers and managers are very sweet and kind! The cashier looked at my coupons and saw that she missed one of my $3ECB. She gave me $3 back. So total came to $8.03.

Total before coupons was $52.05 after coupons OOP $29.05
I did not get to finish my Publix shopping list I had my 2nd DS with me and boy this child drove me nuts in there. He was putting things in my cart or complaining about something.
A couple good deals I did were
The Dial bodywash was on sale BOGO for $3.49 ---used 4 ($2MQ) gave me a overage
also another good deal I have was Garity FlashLights 2pk $3.99 used( $3SQ) in the green flyer came to .99cents for 2 flashlights this is a good deal especially for now we are in the hurricane season!

Of course my oldest dear son wanted to be in the picture! He is not part of the deal. I will be paying for him for the rest of my life. :)
